Keeping Your Tiny Tails Event Safe during COVID-19

We have good news! We have opened our in-person petting zoos with precautions in place to maximize the fun while minimizing the risk.

As the State of Texas has eased its restrictions on small gatherings, Tiny Tails to You has re-opened our in-person petting zoos with some new precautionary measures in place to ensure the safety and health of all our guests, staff, and animals. We have been consulting with and receiving guidance from national and local health officials on how to best service events responsibly and safely. We are so excited to share our animals with you!

We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and adhere to the recommendation and requirements established by the CDC, Texas Department of State Health Services, Travis County and the City of Austin. At your event, you’ll find the same adorable animals and wonderful staff as you have come to expect, but things may look a little different. We have put the following protocols in place, which are outlined in detail below:

Guests

Only 10 or fewer guests at a time within 6 feet of the petting zoo to avoid overcrowding.

Face coverings are NO LONGER required for guests.

Guests will be required to sanitize hands before and after handling the animals.

"Tiny Tails recently restarted on-site visits for small gatherings, and we decided to take advantage of it for our daughter's 10th birthday.  The team set up outside, instructed the kids and us how to self-service animal swapping to minimize contact, and provided fun facts about the animals throughout our hour.  Masks were worn by all and hand sanitizer readily available.  This was a much needed respite during our quarantine, especially for the kids.  Cannot thank and recommend enough!" - A.S in Cedar Park, Texas
