Kale is the most delightful and delicious green you can eat.

Kale is the most delicious and diverse of all the greens in my garden. Not only is it hearty, but it can be eaten raw, sauteed, baked, or even fried! Of course, I only prefer the freshest variety from my friends at Johnson's Backyard Garden. How do you eat your kale?
